Lance Horlyck
Principal
Lance has over 40 years of structural engineering experience. Over the last 30 years, Lance has developed strategies for the assessment and repair of water and wastewater assets that are now considered industry benchmarks. His expertise in trenchless technology and rehabilitation assessment and planning are recognised nationally and he is routinely engaged to assist interstate water authorities with their more complex projects.
Bruce Horlyck
Senior Engineer
Bruce is a senior civil engineer with 40 years of experience in a diverse range of technical areas. His natural curiosity and background in a range of industries means that he constantly drawing from his experience in different spaces to come up with new or improved designs so that our clients get the most out of their assets. Bruce has been working with SASTTI JV since 2007 and has developed a reputation for his ability to come up with innovative solutions, particularly in the reservoir space.
Lachlan Horlyck
Engineer
Lachlan is a civil engineer who has been responsible for the inspection, condition assessment and rehabilitation design of some of Sydney's most critical water and wastewater infrastructure. He has also completed a number of complex structural designs.
His favorite inspections remain sewer traverses, or as he likes to call it, the 'dirty' side of the business.
Abigail Colorado
Accountant
Abigail provides administrative support to the engineers and makes sure all financial transactions, big and small, are accounted for accurately.
Nicholas Dahler
Engineer
Nicholas has joined us as an undergraduate engineer.
Shariff Shockair
Principal
Shariff has over 20 years of civil engineering experience in the water and wastewater industry. He has been working with SASTTI JV since 2007 and leads the condition assessment, confined space inspection and rehabilitation assessment and planing teams. Shariff is widely recognised as an expert in the industry and will continue to shape Sydney's water and wastewater industry for years to come.
Mick McGill
Project Director
Mick is a senior civil engineer with over 50 years of engineering experience in the planning and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure works. During his career Mick has worked with NSW Public Works, Shoalhaven City Council and BHP Billiton to assist them in their water supply and sewerage projects. For the past 20 years Mick has been working with SASTTI JV as a Project Director.
Jonah Petrie
Engineer
Jonah is a civil engineer who recently rejoined SASTTI JV after working for a large contractor in infrastructure construction and transport asset management. Throughout his career he has completed a variety of complex infrastructure projects in a diverse range of disciplines which include wastewater, road tunnels and urban infrastructure.
Andrew Trappitt
Senior Draftsmen
Andrew is a senior draftsman with over 40 years of experience. His attention to detail and reliability in producing quality work make him an invaluable part of the SASTTI JV team. His experience with drafting designs over his extensive career means that he could be easily mistaken as another engineer.
Abby Zhang
Engineer
Abby is civil engineer who is quickly gaining experience and expertise in the structural design and condition assessment of various water and wastewater assets.
